  11. Does anybody know of a reason why my modem(hayes 28.8) would refuse to
  12. connect at 28.8?
  13. I have read all the manual and am sure I have the correct setup.
  14. Whenever I log onto a BBS the best baud rate I can get is 14.4
  15. I am using Telix 3.22 .
